    You want this bakery to be good, you really do, not least because there aren't many in this part of the island. Sadly, everything we tried was mediocre at best, and here I'm being charitable. The bakery in Souris, which is similar in style, is an order of magnitude better. Avoid the cherry pie.

    I'm not sure if Dan and I went to the same In the Mix Bakery. We stopped in today while cycling through and found a great assortment of buns, bread, cookies, squares and cinnamon buns. What we bought was delicious, the staff were helpful and courteous. A very positive experience. Thanks.

    A small bakery with a limited menu for a light meal. The food is very good and baked daily. A worth while stop if your looking for a local lunch option.
